Requirements for Subsidized Care 

Do you meet any of these requirements? If so, you may be eligible for subsidized tuition! 

  • Child between 3-5 years old, family income <100% SMI 

  • Child under 35 months, family income <85% SMI 

  • SF resident, family income <150% AMI 

 

Enrollment Process 

Step 1: Submit an application for our waitlist 

Step 2: Our admissions department contacts families off our waitlist when a vacancy becomes available

  • Subsidized families are contacted in accordance with both State and City enrollment priorities. 

  • Full Paying families are contacted on a first come, first basis dependent on the date their application was submitted.

Step 3: Tour our campus and meet our team

  • When a vacancy is available, our Admissions Department will contact you to schedule a one-on-one tour to meet our Program Director, Admissions Manager and get an in-depth look at our classrooms and Program. 

Step 4: Enrollment  

  • As part of your acceptance, your family will receive an Intake Packet with all the required state and licensing forms.

  • Subsidized families will need to provide the following: 

  • Proof of Income 

  • Proof of Address 

  • Photocopy of Parent’s Identification 

  • Employer Verification Form (provided in your intake family) 

Step: 5: First Day of Care 

  • Your child’s first day of care is determined upon enrollment.

  • Your child’s first two days of school are half days from 8:30 am – 12 pm to help them acclimate to the classroom setting.

  • They begin their full day of care on the third day of enrollment.
